One of the main reasons I started was because Sensei Arnett is my father, but that is not the only reason. Karate has helped me become a better football player, a better basketball player and a better academic student. It has taught me discipline and to stay focused. I love karate and it is very important to me."

"I began in Fitness kickboxing through the local community college and it changed my life.  My goal is to help as many people as I can enjoy the benifits of martial arts training.  I also want to reach as many woman as I can and let them know that learning a simple form of self defense is the most important thing they will ever learn.  Even if it is never used, knowing how to defend your self is the first step in not becoming a victim!"

Lunden started training on September 21, 2000. He helps teach youth karate classes and Little Ninjas and helps in the office. He is on the Demo Team and participates in the Extreme Millennium Program and is a member of the Black Belt Club.

"I started karate first because my mom was doing it. I would watch the movements that she did in class and it just amazed me. I started a year later. Eventually I trained because I wanted to, not because someone else wanted me to. Karate has done so much for me. I grew up in a little town called Culdesac for 10 years. In school I was the kid everyone bullied because of my name, or just for fun. I had no self-esteem and didn't feel good about myself in any way. Now that I have been training, I believe I can do anything. My self-esteem and respect for myself is over-the-top and I love what I do. I know I will do this for the rest of my life."

"I started karate in March of '96 at the age of 6. Martial arts has given me confidence in everything I do and has been a big help with school by keeping me focused. The reason I started karate was to do an activity with other kids outside of school and to keep me busy away from the TV. I enjoy karate so much, that I have tried to experience many different forms to help expand my martial art skills."
